MORAL CULFIVATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR ACCORDING TO ARIYAVADDHI AFFECTING DESIRABLE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE STUDENTS IN RATTANAKOSIN PRIMARY SCHOOL GROUP UNDER THE OFFICE OF BANGKOK PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA

The purposes of this study were to find 1) moral cultivation for the students according to Ariyavaddhai as the case of the management team of Rattanakosin Primary School Group under the Office of Bangkok Primary Education Service Area 2) student’s desirable characteristics as the case of Rattanakosin Primary School Group under the Office of Bangkok Primary Education Service Area and 3) moral cultivation of the management team for the students according to Ariyavaddhai affecting desirable characteristics as the case of Rattanakosin Primary School Group under the Office of Bangkok Primary Education Service Area. The samples were the school director, deputy of school director and governmental teachers totally in 214 persons. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research findings were as follows:
- Moral cultivation of the management team for the students according to Ariyavaddhai was generally shown as a lot. In each aspect, the results were ranked as Suta, Panya, Jaka, Sattha, and Sila, respectively.
- Student’s desirable characteristics as the case of Rattanakosin Primary School Group under the Office of Bangkok Primary Education Service Area was generally shown as a lot. In each aspect, the results were ranked as Public Mind, Honesty, Disciplinary, and Eager to Learn, respectively.
- Moral cultivation of the management team for the students according to Ariyavaddhai was significantly affected to the desirable characteristics as the case of Rattanakosin Primary School Group under the Office of Bangkok Primary Education Service Area at .01 level of statistical significance which were shown as Multiple Linear Regression
