Abstract

This article explains  Government services that are responsible for serving people in various departments  That is in line with the roles that each agency has any function to perform  Therefore, it is imperative that public services are organized to satisfy the public.  Which many agencies may encounter problems  When people do not receive unsatisfactory service  There may be various forms of complaints.  To relevant agencies  Causing problems for the service agencies, however, the importance of the public is considered  It is something that the agency must take into account.  As there is a saying that  "People must come first" is a reflection that government agencies must find ways to serve people.  In order to provide people with satisfactory service and make an impression

          Therefore, the author realizes the importance of duties in the government sector to have satisfactory service to the people, ie 1. The government should provide equal service.  2. The government sector should provide timely services, 3. The government should have adequate service, 4. The government should have continuous service, and 5. The government should have progressive service.
