This research has the following objectives. 1. The purpose of this research is to study the problems in leadership development 2. To study Buddhism in leadership development, community development model to analyze 3. Community leadership in Muang Chaiyaphum. This research is used as a research model combines qualitative and quantitative. In a qualitative study of relevant documents and in-depth interviews, analysis, and use induction. In quantitative data collection questionnaire from the sample and analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics, the researchers found.
- 1. To study the problems in leadership development. The important information that the community still lacks. The development features in a concrete leadership. The leadership skills like the rest of the personality to fit different situations.
- 2. The study Buddhism in the leadership development community. This information is particularly important with the introduction of the 4 main amicable association to guide the development of community leadership, and that this principle is not binding and coordination among them in harmony.
- 3. Analysis of the development model of community leadership in Muang Chaiyaphum. Community leadership development model that analyzed after 4 main amicable association objects can be used to guide the development of community leaders and further contributes to the unity of the community.
