Abstract

Leadership ethical development is important. Because if the leader lacks morality and ethics, it will cause more damage than the general public. The problem of lack of morality and ethics of the leader. Inevitably makes the leader not accepted to the general public in the organization and in society.

Buddhism has principles for leaders to develop themselves. Human development and job development. For stability, wealth, still standing for their people, society and the nation. The real development of society starts with personal development. By developing the mind. It can be seen that this development is of great importance to the human world from past to present. Therefore, the development should begin with people in combination with the principles of Buddhism. Especially the leader. Because leaders are in a position of power, function and ability to direct development.
