Qualitative research collected data from 9 important informants or people and quantitative research collected data by questionnaires from a sample of 378 people out of 6,996 people. The tools used were questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed by finding frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Test the hypothesis by testing the n and f values. and analyze the data by describing.

Findings of the research were as follows: 1) the level of public participation in the public health security fund policy; A case study of Ban Sok Subdistrict Administrative Organization.
