A Study of the Effectiveness of Online Teaching through Line Application on the Topic “Tripitaka” for Students in Grade 5/4, Khan Na Yao School (Tharin Charoensongkroh), Khan Na Yao District, Bangkok

This research is quantitative research. Its objective is to study the effectiveness of teaching and learning through LINE application on the topic Tripitaka. Its sample is the purposive sampling, that is 34 students in grade 5/4 as representatives of a total number of 132 students in grade 5 at Khan Na Yao School (Tharin Charoen Songkhroh), Khan Na Yao District, Bangkok, in the Academic Year 2021.
The research tool was the teaching efficiency assessment form through the LINE application. The data were analyzed using statistics, percentages, arithmetic mean, and the standard deviation. The results showed that the overall picture is at the best level. When considering each aspect, it was found that in terms of teaching and learning process management, the average was 4.69 percent, teaching media, 4.62 percent, LINE applications in teaching and learning management, 4.67 percent, and teachers/professional teacher, 4.71 percent, respectively. All four aspects were at the same good level.
