Abstract

This academic article Searching from the Tripitaka and academic papers to study the process of creating the identity of the northern Lanna community. Strengthening means that the people in the community have preserved good traditions by enhancing their strengths. Preserve the tradition that has been handed down and strengthen weaknesses in order to build strength both physically and mentally of the people. Identity refers to the characteristics of a particular community. which makes it known or remembered in which each society has its own cultural identity Lanna Buddhist Community are people who follow Buddhism in Lanna, 8 northern provinces strengthening the identity of the Lanna Buddhist community in order to strengthen the Lanna Buddhist community by using Buddhism as an important tool in building the strength of Lanna Buddhists in line with the needs of the community This will lead to the creation of the propagation principles of Buddhism to meet the needs of the community. and a fast-moving society It is a policy to develop the country for sustainable security. This will create both physical and mental immunity of the people in the community. With Buddhism to strengthen and strengthen the identity of the Lanna Buddhist community, resulting in a highly effective Thai society, born stable due to the development of self, family, community, nation, world, creating faith that has a good way contribute to the development of a strong and sustainable community
