The Comparative of Clients’ Satisfaction Towards Short-course Career Training Project in Pak Kret Municipality

Abstract
This research aimed to study the level of clients’ satisfaction towards short-course career training project in Pak Kret municipality, and to compare the level of clients’ satisfaction towards short-course career training project classified by personal factors, attending to short-course career training project, and perception on towards short-course career training project information. The samples were 292 clients of towards short-course career training project. The data were collected through the questionnaires. Statistics were analyzed by the percentage, the arithmetic means, and the standard deviation. Hypothesis were tested with t-test and One-way ANOVA. Statistical significant level was set at .05. Research results indicated that the most clients had high level of satisfaction towards short-course career training project in overall and all aspects (X = 4.12). Hypothesis testing revealed that significant differences of satisfaction towards short-course career training project among the clients with different of age, education level, income, accommodation, amount of project attending, categories of training project, and level of perception
