การสอนภาษาอังกฤษระดับมหาวิทยาลัยในยุค AI: รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่ย่นเวลา เพิ่มผลลัพธ์และพัฒนาทักษะอย่างเร่งรัด

บทคัดย่อ
การปฏิวัติของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence: AI) โดยเฉพาะโมเดลภาษาขนาดใหญ่ (Large Language Models: LLMs) ได้สร้างการเปลี่ยนผ่านเชิงโครงสร้างในระบบการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษระดับอุดมศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์แนวคิด ทฤษฎี และเทคโนโลยี AI ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสอนภาษาอังกฤษยุคใหม่ พร้อมเสนอกรอบแนวคิดเชิงระบบสำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยไทยผ่าน “AI-Accelerated ELT Framework” ซึ่งบูรณาการ Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT), Flipped Classroom และ Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) เข้ากับเทคโนโลยี NLP, Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS), Automated Writing Evaluation (AWE) และ Generative AI
ผลการทบทวนวรรณกรรมชี้ว่า AI สามารถสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้แบบเฉพาะบุคคล การปรับเนื้อหาอัตโนมัติ และการให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับแบบเรียลไทม์ ส่งผลให้ผู้เรียนสามารถพัฒนาความคล่องแคล่วทางภาษาได้รวดเร็วขึ้น ลดภาระการเรียนรู้แบบเดิมลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ อย่างไรก็ตาม การใช้ AI ยังมีข้อจำกัดด้านความถูกต้องของข้อมูล (hallucination) ความเป็นส่วนตัวของข้อมูล และความเสี่ยงจากการพึ่งพา AI มากเกินไป บทความจึงเสนอแนวทางการใช้ AI อย่างมีจริยธรรมและมีมนุษย์กำกับ (human-in-the-loop) รวมถึงข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายด้าน AI literacy สำหรับทั้งผู้สอนและผู้เรียน เพื่อให้การประยุกต์ AI ในมหาวิทยาลัยไทยเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดและยั่งยืน
