Abstract

         This research aims to 1) to study the state of current conditions and the desirable conditions of the instruction of the private education under Buriram Provincial Education Office 2) to develop the guidelines of the instruction of the private education under Buriram Provincial Education Office. This research is conducted into two phases: Phase 1, to study the state of current conditions the desirable conditions of the instruction of the private education under Buriram Provincial Education Office. Phase 2, to develop the guidelines of the instruction of the private education under Buriram Provincial Education Office by collecting data from the 217 sample group and evaluated by five experts. Research results appear as follows.


  1. The state of current conditions the desirable conditions of the instruction of the private education under Buriram Provincial Education Office. In overall was at high level, when considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at the same level. For the state of the desirable conditions of the Chinese instruction of the private education under Buriram Provincial Education Office, which is included in the highest level when considered in each aspects found that all aspects were at the highest level. The sort was averaged descending consecutive priorities including to the instruction media, the students center, course management, the measurement and evaluation and learning activity respectively.

  2. The guidelines of the instruction of the private education under Buriram Provincial Education Office found that there are 7 for the instruction media, 7 development guidelines for curriculum management, 8 guideline for the student’s center, 8 development guidelines for measurement and evaluation and there are 8 development guidelines on learning activity management. The results of the assessment of the suitability and feasibility of the Chinese language teaching and learning management for private schools under Buriram Provincial Education Office in the overall was at the highest level and the possibility is at the highest level.
