แนวทางการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมพื้นฐาน 8 ประการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดละลวด อำเภอชำนิ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้านคุณธรรมพื้นฐาน 8 ประการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดละลวด อำเภอชำนิ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้านคุณธรรมพื้นฐาน 8 ประการของนักเรียน โรงเรียนวัดละลวด อำเภอชำนิ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างในครั้งนี้ มีจำนวน 587 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหาร 3 คน ครู 24 คน ผู้ปกครอง 280 คน นักเรียน 280 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 587 คน ใช้ประชากรทั้งหมดเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ปัญหาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมด้านคุณธรรมพื้นฐาน 8 ประการของนักเรียนโรงเรียน วัดละลวด อำเภอชำนิ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้น ด้านความสามัคคี และด้านความมีน้ำใจมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับจากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงไปหาด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำ ดังนี้ คือ ด้านความมีวินัย ด้านความสุภาพ ด้านความประหยัด ด้านความสะอาด ด้านความขยัน และด้านความซื่อสัตย์

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ด้านคุณธรรมพื้นฐาน 8 ประการ ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดละลวด อำเภอชำนิ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ มีดังนี้

2.1 ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ควรดำเนินการอย่างมีเป้าหมาย โดยกำหนดนโยบาย วางแผน กลยุทธ์ แผนการปฏิบัติงานประจำปี โครงการต่าง ๆ ในแต่ละภาคเรียนหรือปีการศึกษาอย่างชัดเจน โดยมุ่งปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกที่ดีให้แก่นักเรียน ตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นปฐมวัย ซึ่งการดำเนินการของกิจกรรม ควรมีความต่อเนื่อง สอดคล้องกับวัยและความสนใจของผู้เรียน

2.2 ครูผู้สอน ควรเอาใจใส่เด็กเป็นรายบุคคล สังเกตพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนที่มีปัญหาหรือนักเรียนกลุ่มเสี่ยง ซึ่งต้องประสานงานกับครูฝ่ายกิจการนักเรียนหรือครูฝ่ายปกครองเพื่อเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลที่สอดคล้องกัน และเตรียมวางแผนแก้ไขและปรับปรุงพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนกลุ่มเสี่ยงซึ่งต้องประสานงานกับผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอและต่อเนื่อง เพื่อการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรมให้แก่นักเรียนได้อย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสม

2.3 นักเรียนควรปฏิบัติตามกฎ ระเบียบของโรงเรียนที่กำหนดไว้ โดยเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นทั้งในห้องเรียนและนอกห้องเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ นักเรียนมีความพร้อมที่จะปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมในด้านที่ถูกต้องเหมาะสม ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบของโรงเรียนจนเกิดความเคยชินสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันและเป็นพลเมืองที่ดีของสังคมได้ในอนาคต

2.4 ผู้ปกครองควรมีเวลาในการอบรมและดูแลเอาใจใส่บุตรหลานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และต่อเนื่องในด้านการปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรมที่ดีงามรวมถึงส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม ต่าง ๆ ที่โรงเรียน ชุมชน หรือหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษาจัดขึ้น เพื่อปลูกฝังให้นักเรียนมีทักษะการดำเนินชีวิตในสังคมอย่างมีความสุข และมีคุณภาพ

GUIDELINES FOR VIRTUES DEVELOPMENT ON THE 8 BASIC MORALES OF STUDENTS OF WAT LA LUAD SCHOOL IN CHAMNI DISTRICT, BURIRAM PROVINCE

The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the problems of virtues on the 8 basic morals of students of Wat La Luad school in Chamni district, Buriram province, 2) to study the guidelines for virtues development on the 8 basic morals of students of Wat La Luad school in Chamni district, Buriram province. The samples were 3 school administrators, 24 teachers, 280 parents and 280 students in a total of 587. The former group were all population while the rest groups were selected by using the table of Krejcie and Morgan, and simple random sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire and small group discussion. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the study were as follows:

1. The problems of virtures on the 8 basic morals of students of Wat La Luad school in Chamni district, Buriram province both as a whole and in each aspect were at a high level, excepting the aspects unity and kindness were at a moderate level. The problems ranked from the highest to the lowest mean scores were discipline, followed by courtesy, economical, cleanness, diligence and integrity, respectively.

2. The guidelines for the problems of virtues on the 8 basic morals of students of Wat La Luad school in Chamni district, Buriram province were as follows:

2.1) School administrators should set the goal and policy, strategic planning, annual performance plans, projects in each semester or academic year clearly; aiming to give awareness to students from the early childhood level. Also, the activities should be operated continuously according to the ages and interests of learners.

2.2) Teachers should take care students individuals, observe the behaviors of students who have problems or at risk by coordinating with the activity teachers for the link of information, and plan to improve the risk behavior students by coordinating with their parents regularly and continuously for moral and ethical development to students appropriately.

2.3) Students should follow the school rules set by attending the activities held both inside and outside the classroom regularly. Students are prepared to alter their behaviors in the right way, regulate the school rules as the routines which may be applied to daily life, and act as the good citizens of the society in the future.

2.4) Parents should have the time to train and take care their children regularly and continuously in order to cultivate the morals and ethical attitudes, support their children to participate in the activities of schools, communities or other organizations involved in education in order to cultivate the students to have the social skills and live in the society with happiness and quality.
