Development of online location management system in Faculty of Architecture, Urban Design and Creative Arts, Mahasarakham University.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an online facility management system program. The research is divided into 3 phases : the study of past problems and obstacles and the needs of personnel. Develop a database system program. And to study the satisfaction of personnel with the Faculty of Architecture's Online Venue Management Program. Town Planning and Art Mahasarakham University. The samples used in this research These include 49 academic staff and 14 supporting personnel under the Faculty of Architecture. Town Planning and Art Mahasarakham University, a total of 63 people. Two types of research tools were the online facility management system program. And a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire to study the needs of 18 items of the online facility management system program and the satisfaction of the personnel after the 18 items of the online facility management system program. These are percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The results were as follows:
