          The objectives of this research were to 1) study and promote identity, local literature, and Naga fireball legend Rattanawapi district, Nong Khai province to be a religious tourist attraction. 2) to design a religious tourism route, Follow in the footsteps of fireball legends, naga, and local literature in Rattanawapi district, Nong Khai province. The key informants were the community philosophers and government officers who have been domiciled in the research area for more than 10 years, this research article was designed by Qualitative Research. To study relevant documentary research. In-depth Interviews (IDI) and Participant Observations were the research tools and Validation of data collection used the Triangulation investigation including Content Analysis and Descriptive research. The research found that 1) local literature found in Rattanawapi district, Nong Khai province, including the legend of Thao Sri Thonamanohra, Legend of Sang Sinsai, and Legend of Naga Fireballs. For the legend of religious tourism In Rattanawapi district, including the legend of the Serpent, the head of the white elephant in Wat Ratchaphon Ngoen, and the legend of Buddha's footprint in Wat Phra Bat Na Hong 2) Discovered a religious tourism route. Follow in the footsteps of the Naga Fireballs legends and local literature on 2 routes, namely, routing number 1: The Nine temples on the Mekong River and routing number 2: The Buddhist Lent Merit Making Route see the Naga fireballs. (Naga Boon Bang Fai)
