Abstract

The research entitled  “A Process for the Creation of Conscious Mind by


Buddhist Arts and Cultures in Thai Society. Its  objectives are (1) to create the body of knowledge  on arts and cultures, (2) to create the processes of conscious mind in arts and cultures. (3) to synthesize the processes to create conscious mind in Buddhist arts and cultures.  The method is qualitative form, its area is Wat Phrasri. Phitsanulok. The primary source is Tipitaka. The data is kept from documentaries, interview and focus group which selected from family, Buddhist temple, school, monarchy. The analysis is narrative form. From the research, it was found that we know the background, its process, direction and media of Ddhamma  as the body of knowledge. They make us conscious mind on the values of Buddhist study,  moral study, handicraft study. Its process is (1) knowledge, (2) the activity of union, (3) regulation, (4) social network and (5) management. Its resource is itself,  family, school, temple/Buddhism, government/nation and monarchy. The synthesis of conscious mind bases on (1) Buddhist art and culture, (2) the Buddha’s Teaching and the culture of organization.
