Abstract

The emphasized concept of being individual and individual rights are the ethical issues that are this article main topics. Buddhist Ethics principle and consideration approach are; to maintain one's concept that emphasizes the high individual, will not reduce this principle advantage, and in the meanwhile will not cause the opposite result. However, this principle should be slightly modified. Furthermore, Buddhist Ethics emphasize on one's highest liberty and rights which is called "Nirvana". Also, there are principles for people who want to follow their demand. Nevertheless, violation of others liberty and rights are prohibited. Evermore, the principle that individual claims for liberty and rights must not cause conflict and be together peacefully.
