This research entitled “A Model of Creation of the Insight for the Thai Youth According the Buddhist Integrated” has three objectives. 1. To study Insight mechanisms. 2. To study insight constructing processes. 3. To create insight model for Thai youth according to Buddhist integrated. This research is qualitative research. The research found that , insight or aha moment consist of 3 steps  Problem impasse, Impasse broken and Insight. Right hemisphere is a major brain area with 5 supporting factors, intelligence, attention, mood positive affect, sleep and stimulating factor. Insight constructing processes has focus in brain , attention, awareness, exercises, sleep and emotion. In Buddhist, insight focus in 3 factors, Balance of mind correlation, peace, practice self-awareness and meditation. Insight creating model for Thai youth was proposed in 3 Goods basis, Good brain, Good balance of mind correlation, Good atmosphere and peace.
