Abstract

This dissertation article entitled “The Integrated Buddhist Organization Development By Seven Noble Treasures” has three objectives: 1) to study the theory and process of organizational development, 2) to study the seven noble treasures, and 3) to integrate the development of organizations through seven Noble Treasures. This study was a qualitative research using documentary research and in-depth interview of 14 corporate governances and expert as key informants.


The results showed that the organizational development functionally refers to the systematic process of improvement in terms of operation. By virtue of these, human resources are chiefly empowered through certain. The staff are of good quality and quantity in accordance with seven noble treasures of virtues: 1) confidence, 2) morality, 3) moral shame, 4) moral dread, 5) great learning, 6) liberality, and 7) wisdom. The organizational development is divided into 3 areas: human, work and give to society. The balance of the organization are needed, then the development of external and internal resources are also required; in the external development of such resource, the running of business based on profit and share wherein the goodness is returned back to society and environment, becomes necessary. And the insemination of morality based on seven noble treasures into the organization staff comes to gain the most essential aspect where the development of internal resources is also done which will lead to the organization of noble property respectively and the sustainability.
