Abstract

This research was a qualitative research. The objective of the research to 1) study administration the propagation of Buddhism from The provincial propagation of Buddhism centers in Thailand. 2) Factors conducive to management with the administration the propagation of Buddhism of The provincial propagation of Buddhism centers in Thailand. 3) To offer a prototype the management of The provincial propagation of Buddhism centers in Thailand with proper and efficiency management with related persons by 23 persons from 4 centers of The provincial propagation of Buddhism centers in Thailand. Then analyze the content. (Content Analysis). Research Methods: The format used in this research. the due process as follows 1. Study Documents (Documentary) to study the concept Theory and research related to organizational management. This will cause the conceptual of qualitative research. 2. The collect data from the fieldwork. By means in-depth interviews (In-depth Interview).


The finding data were analyzed and explained according to framework comprised of eight dimensions. The result of the study concluded that the provincial Buddhism dissemination centers in Thailand organizations’ structure and planning have been well implemented. There also have staffs’ skill development and organization shared value uniting all them together Nevertheless, incompetency of Information Technology and data base also existed as well as the limitation on staffs’ work attitude and understanding
