The study used the financial information of listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand during the period 2017-2021 consisting of 1,175 observations from 235 companies. Analyzing through descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient analysis, and multiple regression analysis, the results show that companies implied tax planning strategy as the lower of average effective tax rates than the statutory tax rate present and the corporate governance assessment scores at excellent level tend to progressively increase.
