บทคัดย่อ

       การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของคุณลักษณะประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารสูงสุด (CEO) ซึ่งครอบคลุมมิติด้านเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และระยะเวลาการดำรงตำแหน่ง และอิทธิพลของโครงสร้างความเป็นเจ้าของ ทั้งในส่วนของการถือหุ้นโดยครอบครัวและนักลงทุนสถาบัน ที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และธรรมาภิบาล (ESG) ของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยกลุ่ม SET100 โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากรายงานประจำปี (Annual Report) แบบแสดงรายการข้อมูลประจำปี (56-1 One Report) และฐานข้อมูลของตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2563–2567 ใช้สถิติพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ เพื่อทดสอบอิทธิพลระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระ ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะของ CEO (เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และระยะเวลาการดำรงตำแหน่ง) และโครงสร้างความเป็นเจ้าของ (ธุรกิจครอบครัว และนักลงทุนสถาบัน) กับตัวแปรตาม คือ ผลการดำเนินงานด้าน ESG


       ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะของ CEO และโครงสร้างความเป็นเจ้าของมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญกับผลการดำเนินงานด้าน ESG โดยเฉพาะ CEO ที่มีคุณลักษณะหลากหลาย และมีประสบการณ์เหมาะสมส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานด้านความยั่งยืนได้ดีกว่า ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นความสำคัญของการบูรณาการบทบาทของผู้นำองค์กร และผู้ถือหุ้น เพื่อยกระดับการบริหารจัดการด้านความยั่งยืนของธุรกิจไทยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผลลัพธ์สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางสำหรับผู้บริหาร นักลงทุน และหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลในการส่งเสริมการดำเนินงาน ESG และพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารองค์กรให้โปร่งใสและยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
