Knowledge Management to Develop Ready-Made Herbal Products: A Case Study of Ban Phasuk, DonTan Subdistrict, DonTan District, Mukdahan Province

Abstract
This research aimed to study knowledge management to develop ready-made herbal products and to study the achievement of learning about ready-made herbal products. The population were people who were involved in the herbal processing and local wisdom in the province of Mukdahan and the sample group of Ban Phasuk herbal group, Don Tan district, Mukdahan province. The research of knowledge management to develop ready-made herbal products found that there were a process of collecting knowledge from the villagers, the process of organizing the calendar, keeping herbs, the process of learning about the properties of herbs, the herbal processing, transferring knowledge to others systematically and being accepted as a member of the Mukdahan herb farmers group. The results of the study of learning about ready-made herbal products showed that the achievement of learning about ready-made herbal products had higher learning achievement after studying before learning. This can be accounted for 45.27 percent. The group of project participants were satisfied with the project management at a high level with an average of 4.38
