Development of Administration of Subdistrict Municipalities for Administration of Development for Quality of Life Based on Sports’Promotion Standards of Local Government Organizations: A Case Study of Samut Sakhon Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research was to study the level of development of administration, the administration of development for quality of life based on sports’ promotion standards of local government organizations as well as the development of administration factors affecting the administration of development for quality of life based on sports’ promotion standards of local government organizations. The target group for the descriptive and explanatory study consisted of 81 officials from subdistrict municipalities in Samut Sakhon province. Data was collected using questionnaires and the data analysis was conducted by using percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, regression and content analysis. The main findings were 1) the level of development of administration was rated as ‘high’; 2) the level of the administration of development for quality of life based on sports’ promotion standards of local government organizations was rated as ‘low’ while the components of sports’ equipment and buildings, facilities and the activities were assessed as ‘moderate’; and 3) regarding the development of administration factors, both the administration system factors and the personal internal factors were found to have no effect on the administration of development for quality of life based on the sports’ promotion standards of local government organizations.
