Effects of Online Classroom Management with Active Learning in Statistic for Life and Career Course on Promoting Students Teamwork

Abstract

This research objectives are (1) to manage activities via online classroom with active learning (2) to evaluate the teamwork of proactive via online classroom management with active learning and (3) to evaluate opinions of the students during the course of the study statistic for life and career courses to promoting teamwork of students. The samples are 15 undergraduate students studying in 2 semester of 2017 academic year, Department of Animation and Digital Media, Faculty of Science and Technology, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University selected by using purposive sampling. The tools used in the research were (1) lesson plan for online classroom management with active learning (2) Online classroom management: ClassStart (3) index of item-objective congruence by expert (4) mathematics achievement test (5) teamwork measurement (6) teamwork observation (7) student evaluation. Statistical analysis used median, standard deviation, and E1/E2 performance values. The results of the study showed that (1) the plan of learning activities was evaluated by the experts at high Level and the quality of the samples was 81.07 / 8.83 (2) teamwork evaluation was at an extremely at the high level and the results of teamwork observation were very high and (3) an opinion of students as a whole was high level.
