Life Quality Improvement of Farmer Group with Organic Agricultural Innovations in Wo-kaeo Sub district, Hang Chat District, Lampang Province

Abstract
The objectives were 1) to study a developing role of innovation of organic agriculture. 2) to study the expansion of organic agriculture use in other areas and 3) to analyze the innovation process in organic agriculture; Sampling size of 50 persons were community development specialist, headmen and organic agriculturists from the community of Wo-Kaeo sub-district, Hang Chat district, Lampang province. The research tools were questionnaire and semi-structured interview. The findings were 1) The community innovating creation of organic agriculture began with strong commitment of community leaders, community management providing knowledge of organic agriculture, and share the knowledge within the community. 2) The expanding of the program implemented in other areas found that Wo-Kaeo community has 10 learning centers. Each center has different strengths. So it is possible that the right method can be implemented in each environmental area as well and, 3) the new Knowledge acquired by self practice until it is successfully learned, then transferring the knowledge to the others. which can be further developed into "Wo-Kaeo Model"
