GUIDELINES FOR TISIKKHA APPLICATION IN FOOTBALL ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN NONTHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this thesis were 1) to study the condition of football academic management of secondary schools in Nonthaburi Province, 2) to study the methods of football academic management according to the Trisikkha principles of secondary schools in Nonthaburi Province, and 3) to propose guidelines for academic management in football according to the Trisikkha principles of secondary schools in Nonthaburi Province. Mixed methods research was used combines the methods of quantitative and qualitative research. The questionnaire was used as a quantitative data collection tool from a sample of 103 teachers and an interview form was used to collect qualitative data from five experts. Quantitative data were analyzed using basic statistics consisted of mean and standard deviation and qualitative data was analyzed by content analysis. Results found that 1) the condition of football academic management of secondary schools in Nonthaburi Province in all 4 aspects was at a high level, all each aspect was also at a high level such as curriculum, learning management, teaching materials, assessment, respectively. 2) The methods of football academic management according to the Trisikkha principles of secondary schools in Nonthaburi Province, comprising of academic management processes related to the curriculum, learning management, teaching materials, and assessment, results for administrators, teachers, and students to develop both physically and mentally. There is a method to follow Trisikkha principles, and 3) The guidelines for academic management in football according to the Trisikkha principles of secondary schools in Nonthaburi Province is a practice in the administration of football academics to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in 4 areas by integrating with the Trisikkha principles to increase efficiency and quality in educational management.
