THE RESULTS OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES USING COMPUTER – ASSISTED INSTRUCTION AND GOOGLE CLASSROOM ON DESIGN PUBLIC RELATION INFOGRAPHIC MEDIA ACCORDING TO GAGNE’S EVENTS OF INSTRUCTION FOR GRADE 8TH STUDENTS

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to find the efficiency of the learning activities using computer - assisted instruction and google classroom on design public relation infographic media according to Gagne's events of instruction for grade 8th  students according to the standard criterion of 80/80, 2) to compare learning achievement between pretest and posttest scores on design public relation media according to Gagne's events of instruction for grade 8th  students who were studied using the computer - assisted instruction and google classroom. The samples consisted of 50 students who were selected for cluster random sampling. The research instruments were; 1) computer - assisted instruction and google classroom according to Gagne's events of instruction. 2) 6 lesson plans with using computer - assisted instruction and google classroom according to Gagne's events of instruction. 3) learning achievement test. The statistics used for data analysis were means, standard deviation, and t-test dependent. The results of this research were as follows: 1) The Learning Activities using Computer - Assisted Instruction and Google Classroom on Design Public Relation Infographic Media According to Gagne's Events of Instruction for grade 8th students has an efficiency E1/E2 level of 84.85 / 80.40 which met the set standard criterion. 2) The comparison of the pretest score and the posttest score showed that the posttest score of learning achievement was significantly higher than the pretest score at the .05 level.
