Abstract

The job motivation of teachers and The organization commitment of teachers
of demonstration schools in Bangkok Metropolis under the state university overall
and each aspects were rated at a high level. The job motivation of teachers have
correlation with organization commitment of teachers and The job motivation of
teachers affecting organization commitment of teachers significantly at .01 level.
Responsibility, supervision, the work itself, and work conditions were the best
predictors of the organization commitment of teachers with 40.40 percent significant
at .05 level.
