Administrators’ Ethical Behaviors in School Administration

Abstract

The ethical behavior of the executives in institution management should
be supported and encouraged with Dhamma principles; self-control, manadministration and work management. School administrators must behave
themselves as a role model for colleagues in honest, sincerity, professional,
leadership, equality, fair, unbiased, open mind, attentiveness, support teamwork,
praise subordinates, intention and devotion to work, confront with problems, and
administration based on righteousness and principles. Moral and ethics are important
in administration because that help control and remind oneself in the frame of rules,
laws, regulations and organizational or socia l norms. Moral and ethics are the tools
to make human pay respect to themselves and others, and do advantages to
themselves and others. When the administrators use the principles in self -control,
man administration and work management, co-workers can understand the
organization system, love each other and work together effectively.
