Abstract

This research aimed to study organizational commitment of teachers in
Lampang Kanlayanee School, Mueang district of Lampang Province based on their
gender, age, education level, experience, type of work, and marital status. 120
samples were obtained by accidental sampling. The data were collected through
two-section questionnaire; personal information and organizational commitment. The
data were analyzed by Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F-test (One
– Way ANOVA) by setting the statistic significant level at 0.05.
The results of the study found that: the teachers having different gender,
age, education level, experience, type of work, and marital status had organizational
commitment indifferently.
