Abstract

The objectives of this research were to evaluate the Industrial and
Organizational Psychology Curriculum and to use the study results to improving and
developing Industrial and Organizational Psychology Curriculum. 100 samples were
lecturers and students in Industrial and Organizational Psychology Department . The
data were collected by 5-rating scale questionnaire of “Evaluation of Industrial and
Organizational Psychology Curriculum " and then analyzed by percentage, mean, and
standard deviation (S.D.). The research results were as follows:
1. The evaluation in 3 domains in curriculum; basic factors and method of
teaching and curriculum management, was at the high level. In sub domain, the
evaluation of overall was also at the high level except only in basic factors. In the
part of location, the evaluation from lecturers was at a high level.
2. From student’s opinion, the evaluation in 3 domains in curriculum; basic
factors and method of teaching and curriculum management, was at a high level. In
the part of sub domain, the evaluation in basic factors and in the part of location
was at a medium level.
