LEARNING INNOVATION ADMINISTRATION OF THE DIRECTORS OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER IN KAMPHAENGPHET AREA TO ENHANCE USING DIGITAL MEDIA OF TEACHERS

Abstract
The research aims 1) to study the learning innovative administration of the directors of the Child Development Center in Kamphaengphet area and 2) to investigate the use of digital media by teachers of the Child Development Center in the Kamphaengphet area promoted by the directors of Child Development Centers. The populations were 176 directors of the Child Development Center in the Kamphaengphet area which were chosen as purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was divided into 3 parts. The first part was the general information about the directors of the Child Development Center in the Kamphaengphet area. The second part was the information about innovative administration of the directors and the third part required the information of the directors’ promotion of digital media use by teachers. The content of the questionnaire was analyzed by 5 specialists. The average score would be at least 0.60 to be considered as a good quality questionnaire. The statistical analysis used in the research was mean and S.D.
The results found that:
1) The overall score of learning innovative administration of the directors of the Child Development Center in the Kamphaengphet area was at high level (X̅ = 4.18, S.D. = 0.67). It was the ethical and monitoring topic that was considerably the highest (X̅ = 4.62, S.D. = 0.53). Next on down was the score of the teamwork and participation topic which was also high (X̅ = 4.57, S.D. = 0.68). The last topic was about risk management which had an average score (X̅ = 3.25, S.D. = 0.63).
2) The overall score of promotional strategies of the directors of the Child Development Center in Kamphaengphet area enhancing teacher’s use of digital media was at a high level (X̅ = 4.08, S.D. = 0.91). In consideration, the directors had promotional strategies enhancing teacher’s use of digital media by arranging activities was a high score and the mean was highest (X̅ = 4.25, S.D. = 0.97). Next on down was the score of creation on academic work was at a high level (X̅ = 4.16, S.D. = 0.95). Finally, in terms of teacher development of innovation use, the score was also high but the mean was lowest (X̅ = 3.88 and S.D. = 0.90.)
