Abstract

Ethical leadership refers to a pattern of behaviors or actions and communication with fulfills reflected the level of etiquette embedded in a leader, it is a key factor of helping the leader trust and respect from the coworkers. Ethical leadership normally covers a wide range of components namely; honesty, reliability, justice, responsibility, respect, and empowerment ability. Leaders with these qualities are in a better position to make the schools supporting public recognition as a qualifying place for managing quality education. In return, the schools with good images are fully supported by the parents and communities. The external stakeholders are likely to contribute more to the educational development when a school has a positive image in the public.
