การพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้สามารถประสบความสำเร็จและปรับตัวเข้ากับสังคมแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่พร้อมรับมือและใช้ประโยชน์จากกระแสโลกาภิวัตน์ จำเป็นต้องพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีสมรรถนะสากลที่สามารถเข้าใจเข้าถึงระบบประเด็นปัญหาและการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นบนโลกว่ามีความสัมพันธ์และเชื่อมโยงกันอย่างไร บทความนี้นำเสนอความรู้เกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะ สมรถนะสากลและแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะสากล โอกาสและความท้าทายสำหรับประเทศไทยในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะสากลให้กับผู้เรียน

       Abstract

        In the globalized world of the twenty-first century, global competencies will be crucial for the learner’s success. Global competencies will help the learner to better understand global changes and successfully connect with global issues. This article introduce the knowledge of competency, global competency, guideline for developing global competences, opportunity and challenge outlook for Thailand to develop global competence learners.
