บทคัดย่อ
บทความเทคนิคฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอภาพสะท้อนวิกฤตการณ์ทักษะการสรุปใจความของบทอ่าน ของนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ผ่านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากรายงานผลการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน (O-NET) ของสถาบันทดสอบทางการศึกษาแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) ปีการศึกษา 2567 ผลการวิเคราะห์ พบความแตกต่าง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญของคะแนนเฉลี่ยระหว่างข้อสอบอัตนัย ข้อ 21 การเขียนเรื่องจากภาพ (8.27 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 10) และข้อ 22 การเขียนสรุปใจความสำคัญของบทอ่าน (3.49 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 10) ข้อบกพร่องสำคัญที่พบจากการประเมินผลอัตนัย ประกอบด้วย ด้านการจำแนกและสังเคราะห์ใจความ ด้านความแม่นยำทางอักขรวิธีมาตรฐาน ด้านการเลือกใช้ระดับภาษาและคลังคำ และด้านความตระหนักรู้เชิงโครงสร้างประโยค ปรากฏการณ์ดังกล่าวชี้ให้เห็นว่าการรายงานผลสัมฤทธิ์รายบุคคลแบบองค์รวมในปัจจุบัน ยังไม่เพียงพอต่อการระบุปัญหาพุทธิปัญญารายด้าน บทความนี้จึงเสนอแนะเทคนิคการพัฒนาระบบการวัดผลเชิงวินิจฉัยทางพุทธิปัญญา (Cognitive Diagnostic Assessment) เพื่อเป็นกลไกใน การยกระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ รายงานจุดแข็งและจุดบกพร่องรายบุคคล และแก้ปัญหาการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยในระดับประถมศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืน
