Abstract

          This research aimed to: 1) study the human capital management processes influencing the work happiness of personnel at Chandrakasem Rajabhat University, and 2) examine the level of work happiness among Chandrakasem Rajabhat University personnel. The sample groups for this research included administrators, faculty members, and staff. A questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument. Data analysis was performed using a statistical software package, and the statistics employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. Research results show that the following: Regarding the six dimensions of human capital management—human resource development, training, welfare, work environment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and monetary incentives—the overall scores for all dimensions were at a high level, with the exception of the welfare dimension, which had the lowest average score and was at a moderate level. The work happiness of the personnel was at a high level (4.146), indicating that the work atmosphere, the happiness derived from helpful and friendly colleagues, and a sense of participation contributed to employees feeling less isolated.

In conclusion, the research on human capital management leading to a happy organization at Chandrakasem Rajabhat University found no significant differences in perspectives or feelings toward the university concerning work happiness when analyzed across different personal factors.
