MANAGEMENT SKILLS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN TAKSIN SCHOOL GROUP UNDER RAYONG PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The purposes of the research were as follows 1) To study the level of administrative skills of administrators of educational institutions in the Taksin School Group. Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office1. 2) To compare the management skills of administrators of educational institutions in the Taksin School Group. Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office1 classified by gender, educational background, age, and work experience. The sample group was teachers in educational institutions, Taksin School Group Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office1, in the academic year 2023, determined the sample size from Krejcie and Morgan's table The sample size was 144 teachers. Then stratified random sampling was conducted according to the proportion of the population and the sample of each school, Then do simple random sampling was useds to get the specified sample.  The tool used in the study was a 5-level rating questionnaire with a reliability of the whole document at the level of .97. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, and a single univariate analysis.
