ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจในงาน ผลการปฏิบัติงานและความต้องการออกจากงานของมัคคุเทศก์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจในงาน ผลการปฏิบัติงาน และความต้องการออกจากงานของมัคคุเทศก์ ปัจจัยที่มาจากความเครียดในการทำงาน ความเครียดในบทบาท โดยมีตัวแปรกลางเป็นความขัดแย้งในครอบครัวที่มีสาเหตุมาจากงาน การศึกษาครั้งนี้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นมัคคุเทศก์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่าย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความเครียดในการทำงาน ความเครียดในบทบาท และความขัดแย้งในครอบครัว ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจในงาน ผลการปฏิบัติงาน และความต้องการออกจากงานของมัคคุเทศก์ นอกจากนั้นผลการปฏิบัติงานมีอิทธิพลกับความต้องการออกจากงานมากที่สุด
