Factors Influencing the Operation of The Electrical Appliance Business in Bangkok

The objectives of this research were:1) to study the service quality influences the quality of relationships between buyers and sellers in the electrical appliance business in Bangkok. 2) to study the quality of the relationship between buyers and sellers that influences the performance of the electrical appliance business in Bangkok. 3) To study the influence of service quality on the performance of the electrical appliance business in Bangkok. A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data from distributors, entrepreneurs and managers of the electrical appliance business in Bangkok, 383 samples by simple random sampling. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) service quality confidence response to customers in terms of providing confidence to customers efficiency safety and operational aspects influences the quality of the relationship between buyers and sellers. 2) The quality of relationships between buyers and sellers trust aspect promise side satisfaction and cooperation influences operating results. 3) The service quality confidence response to customers in terms of providing confidence to customers efficiency safety and operational aspects has a significant at the 0.05 level.
