Model of Administrators Transformational Leadership to Effectiveness of Secondary School Administration Under the Office of Secondary Education Commission in Eastern Region

The study was to develop and evaluate effective transformation leadership in the administration of secondary schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area in the eastern region, conducted 3 phases 1) studied information and interviewed, 2) developed the model using Delphi Techniques in the inquiry of qualified, and 3) evaluated the model by using the sample groups as administrators and by using simple random sampling. The tools used in the research were Questionnaire for research with Delphi technique. The data were analyzed to find the mean and standard deviation
Research results appeared as follows;
- Effective of transformation leadership model for secondary school administration under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area in eastern region consists of 1) Principles of secondary school administration 2) Quality of secondary schools 3) Transformation leadership and 4) effectiveness in administration of secondary schools
- Assessment of transformation leadership model in the administration of secondary schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area in eastern region found that factors and areas were at a high level.
