Model of Governance in Mangrove Forest Resources Management

Theory of governance is a theory in public administration paradigm in modern times by the idea of scholars in the public administration science. Especially Nicholas Henry which is the theory that leads to important changes on view in public administration. From the original who believe the government is director, command center of power in administration alone. Change into a network. A variety of institutions in the role and more involved, both public and private sector, civil society, community and people. Called citizen alert, awake, and rise to self-management for solve social problems which includes the mangrove resources management.
Under the contexts of mangrove resources and Thai society can analyze and synthesize concepts and theories about the pastoral out is a form of pastoral in the management of forest cover 3 aspects of forest conservation the restoration of forest and the utilization of mangrove resources, which consists of 6 dimensions, including 1) participatory governance 2) network governance 3) community governance 4) societal self-governance 5) deliberative governance and 6) adaptive governance.
