Strategic Leadership of the School Administrators According to Perspectives of the Teachers Under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office

The purposes of this research were 1) to study strategic leadership of the school administrators according to perspectives of the teachers under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office, and 2) to compare strategic leadership of the school administrators according to the teachers' perspectives classified by educational qualification, work experience, and size of educational institution. It is survey research. The sample group used in this research included 322 secondary school teachers under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office in the academic year 2023. The sample size was determined by using ready-made tables of Cohen, stratified random sampling method, and then simple sampling method and comparing proportions. The tool used in the research was a questionnaire regarding levels of strategic leadership of the school administrators according to perspectives of the teachers under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The statistics used in the research were mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and comparison of differences in mean scores by pair comparison using Scheffe's post-hoc comparison method. The research results found that: 1) The strategic leadership of the school administrators according to perspectives of the teachers under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level overall and in each aspect, and 2) The results the comparison of the strategic leadership of school administrators according to the perspectives of the teachers under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that attitudes of the teachers with different education levels and work experience towards the strategic leadership of the school administrators under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office was significantly different at the .05 level overall and in each aspect. As for the teachers belonging to different school sizes, their perspectives on strategic leadership of the school administrators were not different overall and in each aspect.
