The Relationship Between Leadership, Ethics and Moral According to Ten Royal Virtues of School Administrators under the Office of Secondary Education Area 1

Abstract

The purposesof this research wereto:1)studytheleadership of schooladministrators under OfficeofSecondaryEducation Area1,2)studytheethicalandmoral leadership according tothetenroyalvirtuesof schooladministratorsunder the OfficeofSecondaryEducation Area 1,and 3)studytherelationship betweenleadership,ethicsandmoralaccordingtothetenroyal virtuesof school administratorsunder Officetheof Secondary Education Area1.Thesample in this study were 274 school administrators under the Office of Secondary Education Area 1. The instrument for this study was a rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis weremean, standard deviationand PearsonProduct Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of the study were as follows : 1) the leadership of school administrators in the opinionofadministratorsunder the OfficeofSecondaryEducation Area1 washigh,2) theethical and moral leadership behaviors according to the ten royal virtues of school administrators in the opinion of administrators under the Office of Secondary Education Area 1 were rated high, and 3)a significant relationship between leadership, ethics and moral according to the ten royal virtues of school administrators in the opinion of administrators under the Office of Secondary Education Area I was found at .05 level.
