A Model of Ethical Leadership Development of School Administrators under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Areas 1-7

The objectives of the study were 1) to study the ethical leadership of school
administratorsunder the Officeof NakhonRatchasimaPrimary Educational Service Areas1-7,
2) to develop a model of ethical leadership of school administrators and 3) to assess the
developed modelofethical leadership of school administrators.Thesamplefor carryingout
thestudy consisted of369school administrators,369 deputy directorsorheadsof academic
group, and 369 teachers. The sampling process used was the multi stage random sampling.
A group of 16 school administrators was assigned toassess the model. The research findings
were 1) the ethical leadership of school administrators, based on their opinions, showed
that overall the school administrators had the highest and the ethical leadership of school
administrators based onthe deputy directorsorheadsof academic group and teachers were
at thehighlevel.2)The modelofethical leadership of school administrators was developed
with3underlyingcomponentsconsistingof (1) Developmental preparation; (2) Developmental
process; and (3) the 10 missions of school administrators, and 3) the developed model of
ethical leadership of school administrators was assessed by the highly qualified academics.
The assessment results showed that the developed model had the propriety at the highest
level. After the implementationof the developed model by the school administrators, they
assessed that the developed model had the propriety, the feasibility, and the utility at the
highest level.
