มโนทัศน์ที่คลาดเคลื่อนทางวัฒนธรรมจีนของนักเรียนไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่องมโนทัศน์ที่คลาดเคลื่อนทางวัฒนธรรมจีนของนักเรียนไทย ประกอบด้วยวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการรู้วัฒนธรรมจีนของนักเรียนไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษามโนทัศน์ที่คลาดเคลื่อนวัฒนธรรมจีนของนักเรียนไทยและ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนทางวัฒนธรรมจีนในโรงเรียนไทยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจด้วยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการตอบแบบสอบถาม โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ที่มีความรู้พื้นฐานทางภาษาจีนจำนวน 88 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาผลการวิจัย พบว่า นักเรียนมีการรู้เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมจีนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีการรู้เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมจีนมากที่สุด คือ ด้านอาหารของชาวจีน รองลงมา คือ ด้านมารยาทของชาวจีน สำหรับมโนทัศน์ที่คลาดเคลื่อนทางวัฒนธรรมจีนโดยรวมของนักเรียน พบว่า นักเรียนร้อยละ 80.68 มีมโนทัศน์ที่คลาดเคลื่อนทางวัฒนธรรมจีนอยู่ในระดับสูง นักเรียนร้อยละ 36.1 มีมโนทัศน์ที่ถูกต้องทางวัฒนธรรมจีน นักเรียนร้อยละ 27.0 มีมโนทัศน์ที่คลาดเคลื่อนทางวัฒนธรรมจีน และนักเรียนร้อยละ 29.2 มีมโนทัศน์ที่สูญหายทางวัฒนธรรมจีนเพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และเข้าใจเรื่องวัฒนธรรมจีนได้อย่างลึกซึ้ง นักเรียนเสนอว่าควรมีการสอดแทรกกิจกรรมระหว่างการเรียนการสอน เช่น การดูหนัง สารคดี การพาไปทัศนศึกษาตามสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ ประกอบกับครูควรมีรูปแบบการสอนด้วยการเน้นย้ำให้นักเรียนเกิดความเข้าใจ เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันการเกิดมโนทัศน์คลาดเคลื่อนหรือลดข้อผิดพลาดทางวัฒนธรรมจีนให้น้อยลง
