The Needs to be a Professional Learning Community in Schools that Respond to Changes in the BANI World Era Under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Kaen

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to examine the current and desirable conditions and to assess the priority needs for developing Professional Learning Communities (PLC) in schools responding to the BANI World era under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Khon Kaen. This descriptive research employed a stratified random sample of 356 administrators and teachers. The instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire with content validity of 1.00 and reliability of 0.98. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Modified Priority Needs Index.
Results indicated that overall current conditions were at a high level, while desirable conditions were at the highest level. The highest mean was shared goals, and the lowest was shared vision. The overall needs index was 0.14, with shared vision ranked as the highest priority need.
