Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study current conditions. The feasible and desirable conditions of creative learning management innovation development are quantitative research. The sample group includes school administrators and teachers. 341people.Research instruments include questionnaires. Statistics used in research include percentages, averages, standard deviations and PNImodified
The research results were as follows:
1) Current conditions of innovative development of creative learning management In the era of disruption in schools in Khon Kaen, the overall internal environment analysis is moderate. The feasible conditions of development of creative learning management innovation as a whole are at a high level and the desirable conditions of development of creative learning management innovation as a whole are at a high level.
