The Strategies for Creative Leadership Development of School Administrators under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 20

Abstract
This mixed method research aimed to: 1) study the characteristics of creative leadership of school administrators, 2) study the current situation and the desirable conditions of creative leadership of school administrators and 3) create the strategies for creative leadership development of creative leadership of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 20. The sample group included school administrators and teachers under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 20,with the total number of 443 people by using multi-stage random sampling method. The target group was 3 school administrators with the best practice on creative leadership. The instruments used in the research were form of interview questionnaire, propriety, feasibility and utility of the strategies. The statistics used for data analysis comprised frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and
PNI modified index.
The research results were found that:
1.The characteristics of creative leadership of school administrators consisted of 5 characteristics: 1) imagination, 2) flexibility 3) vision 4) creatively problem solving and 5) inspiration.
2.The current situation of creative leadership of school administrators, in overall, was rated at a moderate level. The aspect with the most practice was vision. The desirable conditions of creative leadership of school administrators, in overall, were rated at the highest level. The aspect with the most desirable aspect was vision.
3.The strategies for creative leadership development of school administrators under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 20 consisted of 5 strategies as follows: The 1st strategy was developing creative leadership of school administrators to have skills on flexibility. The 2nd strategy was developing creative leadership of school administrators to have skills on problem-solving creatively. The 3rd strategy was developing creative leadership of school administrators to have skills on imagination. The 4th strategy was developing creative leadership of school administrators to have skills on motivation. The 5th strategy was developing creative leadership of school administrators to have skills on administration vision.
