The Development of process to production marigold to Agriculture standard of organic farmers in Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract
The purpose of the research were 1) to develop a group of marigold farmers to access organic farmers' standards. 2) Provide knowledge of the production process of marigolds producers. 3) to set up a learning center and demonstration of organic marigold production in Chaiyaphum Province. The sample is derived with a specific selection method. The instruments used in the research were 1) a questionnaire of basic information farmers groups, 2) Interviewing 3) Study visit 4) workshop and documentation 5) Satisfaction assessment form. Data analysis uses the mean and standard deviation of the scores. Basic statistics (standard deviation), The analysis of the content and the satisfaction of the farmers on the training of data analysis using basic statistics and in-depth interviews and group discussions with content analysis.
The research found that
- The effect of the development a network of organic farming enterprises for organic way of Chaiyaphum. The locations for setting up a network of organic farming enterprises in Chaiyaphum. They were divided into 3 districts as Muang District, Phu Khieo and Khon Sawan District.
- Training and demonstration of marigold producers to standardize organic farming of Chaiyaphum farmers and transfer technology from organic farming to sustainable economic products of marigold producers to enter organic standards. The participants were satisfied with the project average at all levels (4.38 or 87.41%).
- Have a learning center and demonstration of organic marigold production Chaiyaphum Province, 3 centers in each district, 1 district, 3 centers, but most of the Chaiyaphum organic farming group are in the 1-2 year transition period and therefore has not received inspection and certification in accordance with participatory standards But when passing the said phase, it is expected that the next opportunity will be examined and certified in accordance with participatory standards (PGS)
