Abstract

This research aims to 1) to study the elements of early childhood education management, educational era 4.0 of educational institutions under the Office of the Basic Education Commission And 2) to develop a model for early childhood education management, educational era 4.0 of educational institutions under the Office of the Basic Education Commission By using mixed method research, qualitative research methods and quantitative research methods. The sample group used in the research consisted of 380 school administrators, academic teachers, and early childhood teachers in the northeastern region of 20 provinces. The research instruments were Structured interview Assessment form for questionnaires and evaluation forms Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and confirmatory component analysis (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA)


 


 


 


 


The results showed that


  1. The elements of early childhood education management, educational era 4.0 of schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, consisting of 5 elements, namely, 1) in academic administration 2)Personnel management 3)Experience Management4) development promotion and the fifth of participation

  2. The early childhood education management model, educational era 4.0 of the schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission consists of 5 main components, 19 sub-elements as follows: 1) Academic administration consists of (1) curriculum development (2) Development assessment (3) Research for improving the quality of education (4) Media development, innovation and technology, and (5) Educational quality assurance 2) Personnel management consists of (1) teachers and educational personnel (2) School administrators And (3) working as a team using a PLC process 3) experience management consists of (1) creating an experience plan (2) Organizing experiences that focus on learners and (3) preparation of early childhood education age 4.0 4) developmental development consists of (1) physical aspects (2) emotional, psychological (3) social and (4) intellectual And 5) Contributions (1) Joint thinking and decision making (2) Support and co-operation (3) Monitoring of operations And (4)receiving service and receiving help.
