การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของบัณฑิตศตวรรษที่ 21

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสารของบัณฑิตศตวรรษที่ 21 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาจำนวน 10 คน กลุ่มนิสิตนักศึกษาสำหรับการพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร จำนวน 10 คน และกลุ่มนักศึกษาสำหรับวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับที่สอง จำนวน 1,165 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (multi-stage sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของบัณฑิตที่ได้จากการพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้ และแบบสัมภาษณ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ตัวบ่งชี้ทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของบัณฑิตศตวรรษที่ 21 มีทั้งหมด 3 องค์ประกอบ 51 ตัวบ่งชี้ ดังนี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 13 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จำนวน 18 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร จำนวน 20 ตัวบ่งชี้ และโมเดลมีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างพิจารณาได้จากค่าสถิติที่ใช้ตรวจสอบความตรงของโมเดล ได้แก่ มีค่า 661.918 df มีค่า 669 p-value มีค่า 0.5699 CFI มีค่า 1.000 TLI มีค่า 1.000 RMSEA มีค่า 0.000 SRMR มีค่า 0.016 และค่า
/df มีค่า 0.989 โดยค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานของโมเดลการวัดในตัวบ่งชี้ทุกตัวมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
